An authentic Charlie Weaver Bartender battery-operated mechanical figure. These figures, when running would simulate pouring a drink, take a sip and then emit smoke. Please note that this model has not been tested and is sold as is. Kindly view the images above to assess authenticity and condition. Labelled "ROSKO TESTED" to the base with original instructions.

Rosko Tested Toys was a U.S. toy distributor that imported and distributed a wide range of toys, particularly from Japan, during the 1950s1970s. The actual manufacturer of many Rosko-stamped toys was Masudaya (a well-known Japanese tin toy company, part of the "Big Six" tin toy makers of post-WWII Japan). This figure would have been made in Japan, likely between 19621965.
