1908 Sterling Silver Johannesburg Football Fob Medal. Hallmarked.

A rare antique hallmarked silver South African presentation fob medal. Displays a highly detailed obverse displaying a Johannesburg skyline with a football and stating "JOHANNESBURG DISTRICT FOOTBALL ASSOCIATION UNDER 20 LEAGUE". The reverse is engraved "MARIST BROS / 1908 / W.D. CHARLTON". Bears the hallmarks for Birmingham, 1908 and maker's stamp for Alfred Horatio Day. The hallmarks are somewhat rubbed but remain visible.
