A 1950's Rhodesian sterling silver and enamel badge. The front states "BULAWAYO AND DISTRICT, DONOR, BLOOD TRANSFUSION SERVICE, 20 PINTS". To the back is the maker's stamp for Thomas Fattorini and the hallmarks for Birmingham, 1958. Also "MADE IN ENGLAND" to the top and the number "52" to the clasp. The badge is in good vintage condition with original clasp intact.
