Kuwait Liberation Medal with Ribbon Bar in Original Issued Case.
A foreign military award issued by Kuwait to allied military personnel who served in the Gulf War (Operations Desert Shield/Desert Storm) between 1990 and 1993, recognizing their participation in the liberation of Kuwait from Iraqi occupation. Both Kuwait and Saudi Arabia awarded these medals to coalition forces, with U.S. forces authorized to accept and wear them starting in 1995.
