Winds and runs. Engraved back. The dial is not centred at "12" and needs to be moved back. I'll leave this to those in the know.
Kindly note that I do mention if the watch is running but I am no expert on time-pieces. Please assume that it might need some form of service / maintenance / tinkering etc.
